“Finger” has been selected to be a part of Blood Bash 2023!

Finger comes to us from right here in the good ol’ United States of America, making it the first film from the USA to be selected for BB23! It was written and directed by Joe Lueben, produced by Riley Rose Critchlow and Adam Joseph Janeira. It stars Gates McFadden, and has a runtime of 12 minutes.

The official synopsis of the movie:

“A mysterious woman appears at a young father’s home seeking recompense for a long-buried transgression. But she doesn’t want money—she wants one of his fingers..”

Finger is the first American film to be announced for Blood Bash 2023, and we have little doubt that it is going to be a fan favorite. Everything about this movie is very well done, and it just leaves you feeling….well, you’ll see.

Our judges are still determining the final standings for the film festival, so we don’t know if this movie will be screening on Friday night as part of our Semi-Final lineup, or on Saturday as part of our Finalists lineup! Stay tuned to find out, though, as we will make that announcement this month!

Blood Bash 2023 is an International Horror Festival and Convention coming to the Commonwealth Commerce Center in downtown Jackson, Michigan, that will be happening on Friday, February 10th, and Saturday, February 11th, 2023! Friday night is FILM FESTIVAL BONUS NIGHT that will show all of our Semi-Finalists, as well as have an exclusive Friday Night Only Gaming Experience (find out more on that later,) and SATURDAY, February 11th, is the MAIN CONVENTION day, and will feature the FINALISTS, the Scream Queen Contest, the Cosplay Contest, all of the video gaming and carnival gaming, and of course, the belle of the ball, OUR VENDOR ROOM!!! Saturday is the biggest day for sure, but if you want to experience EVERYTHING that Blood Bash has to offer, we highly recommend buying the 2 day pass so you can see all 44 films!!
