Ximena Vera rounds out the 2022 “Favorite Female Performance” nominees at Blood Bash!

Ladies and gentlemen, we are pleased to announce the next nominee for the Blood Bash “Favorite Female Performance” award is….

Ximena Vera!

Ximena Vera is nominated for her performance as “Ana” in the movie You Will Never Be Back, which was announced earlier this week as a “Best in Show” nominee. Many people consider Ximena to be the frontrunner for the trophy, as her performance is the notch above top notch! This is one of the wilder movies that you will see at the Bash, and she CARRIES this thing! You can see her performance for yourself on Saturday, February 12th, 2022 at 6:27 PM, and it is actually the next to last movie to play during regular show hours ! This is part of the final block of “Best In Show” nominees, the block itself gets started at 5:30 PM, and will be showing all 8 nominees short films nominated for both “Favorite Male” and “Favorite Female” performance awards at that time. Once again, this movie will start at 6:27 PM, and will essentially close out the show, so don’t be late!

Blood Bash 2022 will be taking place on Friday, February 11th starting at 6:00 PM for a Film Festival Bonus Day, and the main convention will be happening on Saturday, February 12th, starting at 11:00 AM! Join us at the Commonwealth Commerce Center in downtown Jackson for a weekend filled with incredible short horror films from 19 countries, 40+ vendor booths selling nothing but horror goods, Cosplay Contest sponsored by Belle Bunni Designs, Scream Queen Contest, free to play carnival games, video games, trivia challenges and more! $15 for a Saturday ticket, $10 for a Friday ticket, or the best deal by a mile is the $20 2-day ticket which will allow you access to BOTH days (all 60 shorts plus a few bonus cuts!)
