Greed & Gore, from Canada, the first OFFICIAL SELECTION named for Blood Bash 2024!

Greedandgorefilm comes to us from our neighbors up north, Canada, of course! It has a runtime of 15 minutes even! It was directed by Adam Kirkey, written by Adam Kirkey, Mathieu Lamarche, and produced by Travis Laidlaw, Adam Kirkey, James Carmichael, Mathieu Lamarche!

After a bank robbery doesn’t go exactly as planned, a crew of five pick a last minute safehouse to lay low with their take and a hostage. But the safehouse isn’t so safe… Greed & Gore, a film by Adam Kirkey, is a mash of horror and thriller, with practical effects that will please all genre fans. It stars Julie Mainville (Butchers, The Good Doctor), Krishan Dutt (The Boys), Matthew Bell (Curse of the Anti-Quenched), Monica Zelak (Curse of the Anti-Quenched, Chronicles of Blood, The Enigma), and breakout stars Curt Derosier and Nick Dewolfe.

Seeing as how we just finalized the movies yesterday, and turned them over to our Blood Bash Judging Panel, we don’t know if Greed & Gore will be playing on Friday or Saturday, but we do know that you can catch it -one of those days at Blood Bash 2024 – – – – happening Friday, February 9th, 2024 (film festival bonus night), and saturday, February 10th (main convention day).

If you’ve never been to a Blood Bash before, just know that this is unlike most other shows! We have a vendor room, of course, and obviously the film festival, but we also have a ton of other stuff to do – like play live action game shows and trivia challenges, FREE to play carnival games and video game challenges, a scream queen contest, cosplay contest, and much more!!!
