“Talion” claws into Blood Bash 2023!

We are pleased to announce the next film in the Blood Bash 2023 International Horror Film Festival & Convention – – – – – Talion!

Talion comes to us from Spain, making it the FIFTH film from Spain to be selected for BB23! It was directed by José Manuel Meneses and Paco Rios, was written by Paco Rioss, and produced by Helion Ramalho, Raul Cerezo, Sofia P Jordan, and Salome Pena. It stars Salome Pena, Jennifer Baldoria, Helena Con Hache, and Jorge Bodalo, and has a runtime of 13 minutes even.

The official synopsis of the movie:
“Fifteen years have passed since Sara, Gloria and Aitana suffered a savage rape by a “pack” of men. In that time, each of them has continued with their lives in the best way they could. Until a Christmas gathering at Gloria’s nightclub will force them to once again face the horror they thought had been overcome.”

In terms of revenge tales, Talion ranks right up there! Featuring some great visuals, great acting, and a scene that’ll really hit guys where it hurts, you’re not going to want to miss this one!

Our judges are still determining the final standings for the film festival, so we don’t know if this movie will be screening on Friday night as part of our Semi-Final lineup, or on Saturday as part of our Finalists lineup! Stay tuned to find out, though, as we will make that announcement this month!

Blood Bash 2023 is an International Horror Festival and Convention coming to the Commonwealth Commerce Center in downtown Jackson, Michigan, that will be happening on Friday, February 10th, and Saturday, February 11th, 2023! Friday night is FILM FESTIVAL BONUS NIGHT that will show all of our Semi-Finalists, as well as have an exclusive Friday Night Only Gaming Experience (find out more on that later,) and SATURDAY, February 11th, is the MAIN CONVENTION day, and will feature the FINALISTS, the Scream Queen Contest, the Cosplay Contest, all of the video gaming and carnival gaming, and of course, the belle of the ball, OUR VENDOR ROOM!!! Saturday is the biggest day for sure, but if you want to experience EVERYTHING that Blood Bash has to offer, we highly recommend buying the 2 day pass so you can see all 44 films!!
