“Cookies For Christmas” joins Blood Bash 2025!

The next film to be announced as an OFFICIAL SELECTION for Blood Bash 2025 is….

“Cookies For Christmas”

and it comes to us from the USA, which makes it the 2nd film from the USA to be announced for the show. It is written, directed, and produced by Adam Raynes, and Daniel Lingamfelter shares a production credit as well. It stars Ashlynn Hideman, Jason Potter, and Kesa Raynes, and has a runtime of 12 minutes and 24 seconds.

This one is wild because it is a PERFECT homage to the usually horrendous (no indirect pun intended) Lifetime / Hallmark Christmas movies and they did a frickin PHENOMENAL JOB of recreating one of those movies, which, many people would say, are ALL horror flicks to begin with!

But this one takes that genre and stabs it right in the eye! We loved this film because it is SO ON POINT for what one of those movies is, and then things get dicey! Highly recommend this one!

Synopsis: In this “Hallmark Story” turned Horror Film, Lacey is returning home for Christmas from her busy life as a professional in New York. When she runs into well-natured Matthew, she considers if her business life should take priority over the happiness of others. All plans are halted when a killer breaks out of the local psych hospital and turns up to spoil the holiday and any chance Lacey has to make things right.
