Mr. Keeps arrives at Blood Bash 2023 as an “Official Selection”

We are pleased to announce the next film in the Blood Bash 2023 International Horror Film Festival & Convention – – – – – Mr. Keeps!

Mr. Keeps comes to us from the United States, making it the FIFTH film from the USA to be selected for BB23! It was directed by Mike Reda, written by Jack Reda, and was produced by Deonta Moss, and Ashley Chase. It stars Celeste Marcone, Jennifer Adams, and Lacey Caroline, has a runtime of 5 minutes and 56 seconds, and is one of the shorter films at the Bash!

The official synopsis of the movie:
“The more time you spend looking at yourself in the mirror, the closer Mr. Keeps gets, until one day he’s right behind you.”

Janice explains to her granddaughter why she doesn’t keep any mirrors in the house: the terrifying story of Mr. Keeps.

But it’s just a story, right?”

Mr Keeps may be one of the shortest films in the lineup this year, but what it may lack in runtime it more than makes up for in production design, directing, and acting. The short scene could have easily come out of one of Tinseltown’s latest greatest horror flicks, and it will almost certainly leave you wanting more!

Our judges are still determining the final standings for the film festival, so we don’t know if this movie will be screening on Friday night as part ofur Semi-Final lineup, or on Saturday as part of our Finalists lineup! Stay tuned to find out, though, as we will make that announcement this month!

Blood Bash 2023 is an International Horror Festival and Convention coming to the Commonwealth Commerce Center in downtown Jackson, Michigan, that will be happening on Friday, February 10th, and Saturday, February 11th, 2023! Friday night is FILM FESTIVAL BONUS NIGHT that will show all of our Semi-Finalists, as well as have an exclusive Friday Night Only Gaming Experience (find out more on that later,) and SATURDAY, February 11th, is the MAIN CONVENTION day, and will feature the FINALISTS, the Scream Queen Contest, the Cosplay Contest, all of the video gaming and carnival gaming, and of course, the belle of the ball, OUR VENDOR ROOM!!! Saturday is the biggest day for sure, but if you want to experience EVERYTHING that Blood Bash has to offer, we highly recommend buying the 2 day pass so you can see all 44 films!!
